- We delivery all products overnights by GDEX.
- We would try our best to send you the products on the date that you specify. However, sometimes thing may not be as smooth as expected, uncontrollable circumstances such as severity of weather or accidents may delay the shipment. We would not bear for the responsibility of late shipments and hope for your kindly understanding.
- We are sorry that you are not able to request a specific time for delivery so far.
- Please ensure that your recipient or at least someone is available to receive the product.
- We are not responsible if packages are stolen which is not supplied to us during your order process.
We will not be accepting goods return during the following situations:
- Any action that is lack of care whereby damaging the product.
- Any personal preferences.
- Providing a wrong or inaccurate information.
- If there is a problem with the quality of our product, please take a picture of it and email to email@example.com with your invoice. After one day of processing, we will reply you for the return service.
- If return is accepted, we will arrange with GDEX to collect the product from you. We will send out another package immediately once we have received it.
- It is free of charge but takes time to complete. Sorry for any inconveniences and appreciated with your understanding.
